Can I use all the facilities?

Underground Performance Gym is a weight lifting gym. We have cardio equipment, full athletic turf, and lots of weights! You can use all these aspects of the facility!

What are your operating times?

Underground Performance Gym is a 24.7.365 facility. The owner is there typically M-F from 9am-9pm (hours vary) but you will have access via a Key Fob and special members entrance door 24-hours a day!

Can I work with a personal trainer?

When you sign up for your membership – you can talk to the owner/staff and give them your goals and they can try to match you up with someone who would be the best fit for you! We offer both one on one personal training and an online coaching program designed to help you reach your goals.

Is there care for my kids?

At this moment, we do not have a kids club. However, Way of the Orient Martial Arts and The Ventura Ballet Academy are directly adjacent to us and they offer special discounted rates for Underground Performance Gym Members.

How do I cancel or freeze my membership?

We do require a written notice of cancellation. It can be turned in in person at the gym or can be mailed to Underground Performance Gym, 2750 East Main Street, Ventura Ca 93003.

MembersipFreeze?

If you are unable to use your gym membership due to military deployment, temporarily moving out of the area to attend school or work, or valid medical condition with doctors orders, you can freeze your membership for up to 6 months for a small fee of $5 a month, your annual fee will still be billed on it’s regular schedule. If you are interested in freezing your membership please call, email or visit during regular operating hours for assistance. An underground performance team member will be happy to help!

Can I bring in guests after staffed hours?

No. We have a special security system that counts people as they come through the door. If more than one person comes through the door, it flags it on the camera system. If you “sneak” people in after hours, your account will automatically be debited $50. If you do plan on bringing someone in after staffed hours, shoot the owner a text or call in and we can arrange for this to happen. Basically – let us know… then we can work something out.

Can I bring my family members to the gym?

Each member of your family who wishes to use the gym facilities must be a member. We do offer discounted family rates for adding more people to your family plan.
